Yaroslav Minkin is an Ukrainian cultural activist. He was for many years the chairman of the youth organization STAN in Ivano-Frankivsk and is trainer/part of the »Cultural Transformation Lab« of the Goethe-Institut Ukraine, international speaker and cultural planner. Right now he is especially dealing with the topic of cultural development within times of war and also with questions of post-war development. Yaroslav Minkin and Patrick S. Föhl have been working together since 2014 in many empowerment projects within Ukraine. In the podcast he talks about the actual situation in the Ukrainian cultural sphere and about what change meant and means for the development of the Ukrainian society.
